Weber Associates LLC will continue its practice on a limited basis in 2023. Bruce A. Weber, P.E. will continue his practice but focus his efforts on the development and execution of design-build projects for Engineering & Construction Innovations, Inc (ECI), a full service heavy civil construction firm. Weber will rely on his relationship with Klein Engineering, as necessary for the execution of projects.

Weber Associates is experienced in geo-structural design of temporary structures, deep foundations, excavation support systems, rock and soil anchors, slope stabilization, cofferdams and grouting programs. We also have experience in litigation support for construction claims and failures.

About Us

Weber Associates was formed in 2010 by Bruce Weber, P.E. after 10 years as co-founder and Principal Engineer with Engineering Partners International. Prior to establishing the geo-structural design practices Mr. Weber was President and CEO of a major geo-environmental firm and served as Regional Manager of several national geotechnical and civil-environmental firms.

Our Focus

The firm provides services to underground, speciality foundation and heavy civil contractors, engineering companies, legal firms and Owners. Most of our projects are performed on a design-build basis. The majority of our projects are in the Midwest Region but we have worked in other areas of the U.S.

Our Approach

All projects are managed and executed by a Firm Principal. We maintain business relationships with other geo-structural design firms and specialty consultants to augment our internal resources and expand our geographic presence, as needed.

Bruce Weber, P.E.

Prinicpal

Mr. Weber has 53 years of management and geo-structural engineering experience involving major civil works and building projects in the upper Midwest and Mid-Atlantic Regions of the U.S. His experiences includes the design of excavation support systems, drilled shaft and micropile foundations and grouted anchors. He has provided litigation support services on numerous projects and served as an adjunct professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Department of Geological Engineering. Mr. Weber is a member of several professional organizations. He is a registered professional engineer in 5 states.
